Sure Bet Training: Dealing with Problem Gambling Scholarships 2025 - Application Scholarships: There will be up to 15 scholarships per Sure Bet combined training offerings. Registrants interested in receiving the scholarship must meet the qualifications and complete the form below. Qualifying Criteria: Must register and attend the Sure Bet training you are requesting a scholarship for. Must be a service provider or supervisor of service providers Must serve a community/county within North Carolina Priority is given to providers who serve underserved populations and or bi/multilingual service providers Must be a DHHS employee or a Faculty/Staff member at a University that is a part of the UNC System. Please specify your role and the community or county/counties you serve. * Do you primarily serve underserved populations or are you a bilingual service provider? If yes, please provide details on how your services address the needs of these communities and how this training will impact you practice. * Sure Bet 1 & 2, please indicate your ability to register for and attend both sessions in their entirety. If you are applying for a scholarship for Sure Bet 3 only, please indicate your availability and commitment to attend that specific session.
