Scholarships:

There will be up to 5 scholarships per Sure Bet One and Two combined training offerings.
There will be up to 3 scholarships offered for Sure Bet Three training offerings: Can we just be fans?! Sports Betting 2024 and Beyond.

Registrants interested in receiving the scholarship must meet the qualifications and complete the form below.

Qualifying Criteria:

Must register and attend the Sure Bet training you are requesting a scholarship for.
Must be a service provider or supervisor of service providers
Must serve a community/county within North Carolina
Priority is given to providers who serve underserved populations and or bi/multilingual service providers
Must be a DHHS employee or a Faculty/Staff member at a University that is a part of the UNC System.

Your confirmation ensures that these valuable spots are filled by those who are dedicated to enhancing their skills in the treatment of problem gambling. *
