The NCAPPS Toolkit presents a Stakeholder Asset Mapping process as an ideal way to inventory an organization’s engagement assets before developing a Stakeholder Engagement Plan. This can save time and resources while building trust with the communities served. While each organization or state’s Stakeholder Asset Map is unique, three examples at the end of this document (from Ohio, Utah and Montana) demonstrate various results of this process.
