Developing and Testing A Model to Predict Outcomes of Organizational Change and Organizational Change Manager Instrument

The Organizational Change Manager is a 60-item instrument includes 15 factors and 4 phases (Project Start, Problem Exploration, Solution Development, and Implementation and Testing). The response options are “Yes” or “No” for all 60 items. Items have been mapped to CFIR. It was developed to predict organizational success of implementing an intervention or practice.
