The NCCMT encourages and scales evidence-informed decision making in health care organizations. The organization’s website offers high-quality resources, real-world training and practical mentorship that evolves with, and responds to, the ever-changing needs of public health. The ORCA includes 74 items and 3 subscales (Evidence Assessment, Context Assessment, and Facilitation Assessment). Response options are presented on a 5-point Likert scale from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree.” Respondents may also select “Don’t know/Not applicable.” Items were developed by the Veteran’s Administration and mapped to the CFIR to examine site readiness and barriers to implementing new practice.
