90-minute webinar on family engagement in person-centered planning, co-sponsored by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Federation of Families. Webinar includes a review of the Family Engagement Checklist for Clinicians and a discussion around how Family Peer Specialists can promote teamwork among family members and clinical treatment teams. Specific strategies for engaging families in person-centered planning procedures are presented along with suggestions for navigating common tensions which arise in team based planning.
